Powered via battery or mains power
Denvers DMP-391 portable Walkman CD Player is powered via 2 x AA batteries. There is also a socket for mains power cable, but mains power cable is not included. The DMP-390 mains power supply is available as a separate, extra accessory.

Anti-shock
To ensure a smooth continuous playback the DMP-391 has a 40 second read ahead antishock feature for audio CDs and 100 second read ahead for MP3 CDs.

Resume / last played memory
Ideal for audio books the DMP-391 remembers where you were and resumes playback from that point.

Headphones included
A set of stereo earphones are included to get you up & running straight away. No speaker is built in to the unit so it is necessary to use headphones or self-powered portable speakers.

Easy to use

1. Insert the 2 “AA” size batteries (not included) into the battery compartment.

2. Open the player and insert the CD with the label facing up and close again.

3. Connect the headphones to the headphone jack on the side of the unit.

4. Turn the unit on the Play/Pause button to start playing.

5. Under playback, the anti-vibration protection (anti-shock) is automatically activated.

6. Adjust the desired volume

7. You can use other controls, such as pause, forward or backward.

8. To turn off the unit, press the stop/power off button twice.

9. To save battery, the unit will turn off when the CD is finished playing or after 30 seconds of inactivity.

Anti-vibration system.

Anti-vibration system prevents interruption of CD playback in case of sudden vibrations.

It has a 40 second anti-shock protection with CD and 120 seconds MP3 protection.

BBS function.

Bass Boost feature activates or deactivates the bass or bass sound enhancer for better quality sound.

We recommend not listening to music at too loud sound to avoid damaging your hearing system.

Portable

The discman DMP-389 is lightweight and portable so you can take it with you and listen to music or books anywhere and anytime.

Weighs 300g and measures: 13.5 x 15 x 2.5 cm.
